When do rewards become available?
Rewards may remain pending while an order is processed and until applicable program and order-status requirements are satisfied.
How do I view my balance?
Log into your customer account and open the available rewards or account area. Use the same email used for the eligible purchase.
How do I redeem rewards?
Log in, build an eligible cart and apply available rewards during checkout before submitting payment.
Can rewards be applied after checkout?
Post-order redemption is not guaranteed. Contact support before paying if the expected reward is missing.
What happens if I forget to log in?
The order may not connect automatically to your rewards account. Contact support with the order number and account email, but retroactive credit is not guaranteed.
Do sale purchases earn rewards?
Many eligible sale purchases may earn rewards unless the promotion or transaction states otherwise.
Do shipping and taxes earn rewards?
No. Shipping, LTL freight, hazmat charges, taxes, handling and service fees generally do not earn rewards.
What happens when an order is canceled or refunded?
Rewards associated with unpaid, canceled, returned, refunded or credited merchandise may be removed, reduced or reversed.
