Use the order tracking page after your order has shipped or once tracking information is available.

How Tracking Works

Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent by email. Fireworks shipments may move through approved hazmat freight or carrier networks, so tracking updates can look different than regular parcel shipping.

Tracking Not Updating?

During peak fireworks seasons, freight and carrier scans may take longer to appear. If tracking has not updated, check your email first, then contact support with your order number.

Online Order Questions

How do I place an order?
Shop online, add products to your cart, and complete checkout. Make sure your name, email, phone number, billing details, and pickup or shipping information are correct before submitting your order.
What happens after I place my order?
Your order may be reviewed, prepared, transferred, packed, scheduled for pickup, or quoted for freight depending on the products, season, order size, and fulfillment method.
How do I check my order status?
Use the order tracking page or log into your customer account. If your order has not shipped yet, tracking may not be available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible if the order has not already been packed, transferred, picked up, shipped, or specially prepared.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation depends on order status. Once an order is prepared, transferred, loaded, shipped, picked up, or specially ordered, cancellation may not be available.
Why is my order taking longer?
Larger orders, wholesale orders, Pro-Line items, case packs, pallet orders, special orders, transferred inventory, freight orders, and peak-season orders may require extra time.

Pickup Reminder: Please do not arrive until your pickup is confirmed. Headquarters is appointment-based and is not a regular walk-in retail storefront.
How does online order pickup work?
Place your order online, wait for confirmation, then call or text 915-526-9629 to schedule pickup and confirm the correct location.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup location depends on the season, order type, and inventory location. Headquarters is listed for online order pickup, and seasonal stands may be used during approved selling seasons.
Can I pick up without an appointment?
No, not unless our team specifically tells you otherwise. Please confirm your pickup time and location before driving.
Can I pick up the same day?
Same-day pickup may be available depending on inventory, order size, payment status, staffing, season, and whether the items need to be transferred.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Contact us first. The pickup person may need the order confirmation, valid ID, and approval from the customer who placed the order.

Fireworks Shipping Questions

Fireworks shipping is not the same as normal online shipping because fireworks are regulated products.

Can fireworks be shipped?
Some eligible fireworks orders may ship through approved hazmat freight, LTL, or carrier methods depending on product type, destination, address, and legal restrictions.
Why is shipping unavailable at checkout?
Shipping may be unavailable because of your state, city, address, product type, carrier limitations, hazmat requirements, or because the order needs a custom freight quote.
Why does shipping cost more for fireworks?
Fireworks may require hazmat handling, freight service, special packaging, carrier scheduling, liftgate service, terminal pickup, or residential delivery fees.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking information is sent when available after the order ships. Freight tracking may update differently than standard small-package tracking.
Can fireworks ship through USPS?
No. Fireworks cannot be shipped like regular mail. Eligible fireworks must move through approved shipping channels.

What are the most important fireworks safety rules?

What should I do if a firework does not go off?
Do not relight it. Wait a safe amount of time, keep people away, soak it with water, and dispose of it safely. Contact us with your order number, product name, and photos or video if available.
How should I store fireworks?
Store fireworks in a cool, dry place away from heat, sparks, flames, children, pets, and moisture. Follow all applicable local and state storage rules.
How old do I need to be to buy fireworks?
Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks. Valid ID may be required at pickup or delivery.
