Account Responsibilities

Approval Policies

Approval depends on current documentation, accurate information and responsible account use.

Approval renewal and updated documents
Updated documents may be required when an ID, permit, certificate or license expires.
Approved account ownership
Access belongs to the approved customer and cannot be shared or transferred to an unapproved person.
Approval email and account matching
Approval instructions are sent to the email listed on the application. That email must match the customer account used for Pro-Line purchasing.
Pickup verification
The approved customer should present valid identification matching the approved account when collecting an order.
Suspension or revocation
Access may be limited, suspended or removed for inaccurate information, unsafe behavior, misuse or unauthorized transfer.
Pricing and product availability
Approval unlocks eligible pricing, availability and Add to Cart controls but does not guarantee pricing or inventory.
Order Fulfillment

Pickup, Freight Shipping & Checkout

Approval unlocks purchasing access, while fulfillment availability is determined by the products in your order and the delivery address entered at checkout.

Pickup Verification

The approved customer should collect the order and present valid identification matching the approved account.

Hazmat Freight Shipping

Eligible orders ship through approved hazardous-material freight carriers when service is available.

Checkout Eligibility

If an order cannot be shipped to the entered address, checkout will display a message explaining that shipping is unavailable.

What happens after I am approved?

Does approval expire?

How do I know whether my order can be shipped?
