How Elevated Fireworks Shipping Works
We built our shipping process around safety, compliance, and clear communication. Once your order is placed, our team reviews the order, prepares the shipment, verifies packaging requirements, and works with qualified carriers when shipping is available to your location.
Order Review
After checkout, your order is reviewed for product availability, destination eligibility, order size, and any special handling requirements. Fireworks cannot be shipped like regular household items, so every order must be checked before fulfillment.
Packaging & Preparation
Eligible shipments are packed to reduce shifting, protect items during transit, and meet hazmat handling expectations. Depending on the order, packaging may include reinforced boxes, cushioning, labels, orientation markings, security tape, and shipment documentation.
Carrier Scheduling
Fireworks must move with carriers approved to transport Class 1.4G fireworks. Carrier options may vary by state, city, delivery address, business/residential location, and freight availability.
Tracking & Transit
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Tracking may update differently than a standard parcel package because hazmat freight often moves through specialized carrier networks.
Delivery Appointment or Drop-Off
Some freight shipments may require a delivery appointment, phone confirmation, or someone 18+ available to receive the shipment. Larger freight orders may require liftgate service, accessible delivery space, or business dock delivery.

Why Shipping Fireworks Costs More Than Normal Packages
