At Elevated Fireworkswe are committed to delivering your products safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Shipping Availability

Due to federal and state regulations, we currently only ship fireworks within select regions of the United States where fireworks shipping is legally permitted. We do not ship to states or municipalities where consumer fireworks are prohibited.

Please Note:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing fireworks is legal in their area before placing an order.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase fireworks from Elevated Fireworks™. By placing an order or making a purchase in-store, you certify that you meet the legal age requirement.

  • Valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of purchase or pickup.
  • We reserve the right to deny service or cancel any order if age verification fails.

Processing & Delivery Times

 

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (depending on location and carrier availability)
  • We will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Carriers

All fireworks are shipped via certified carriers that specialize in hazardous materials (Hazmat) transportation. Signature may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Additional Hazmat handling fees may apply and will be clearly displayed before payment.

Restricted Items

Certain fireworks may not be eligible for shipping depending on your location. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to modify or cancel the order accordingly.

Local Pickup

Customers in the El Paso, Texas area can choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup times will be scheduled once the order is ready.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at Orders@elevatedfireworks.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict federal safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fireworks purchases.

However, Elevated Fireworks proudly stands behind our products with a Dud-Free Guarantee. If an item fails to perform as intended, please contact us within 7 days of your event, along with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if available

We’ll make it right with a replacement item or store credit, as applicable.

Novelties, Smoke, Sparklers and other non-hazmat items can be shipped Ups or FedEx Ground for a low ground shipping rate.
