Where is Elevated Fireworks™ located?
Elevated Fireworks™ is based in El Paso, Texas. Our headquarters pickup location is appointment-based, and seasonal stands may operate throughout El Paso during approved fireworks selling seasons.
Is your headquarters a walk-in store?
No. Headquarters is not a regular walk-in retail storefront. Online order pickup must be scheduled by appointment unless otherwise stated by our team.

What types of fireworks do you sell?
We sell a wide selection of fireworks including 200-gram cakes, 350-gram cakes, 500-gram cakes, canister shells, artillery shells, fountains, assortments, sparklers, smoke, roman candles, missiles, novelties, reloadables, Pro-Line products, and more.
What is the difference between cakes, shells, and fountains?
Cakes are multi-shot aerial fireworks that fire several effects from one item. Shells are reloadable aerial effects fired from tubes. Fountains stay on the ground and create sparks, color, crackle, or low-noise effects.
What are 500-gram cakes?
500-gram cakes are larger consumer aerial fireworks designed for bigger breaks, longer duration, stronger effects, and finale-style performance compared to smaller cakes.
What are canister shells?
Canister shells are reloadable aerial fireworks typically fired from a mortar tube. They are popular for large breaks, strong lift, and building a bigger backyard show.
Do you sell family-friendly fireworks?
Yes. Family-friendly options may include fountains, sparklers, smoke, novelties, small cakes, assortments, and lower-noise items depending on inventory and local laws.
How do I know what a firework does?
Read the product description, performance notes, effect list, shot count, duration, and label information. If you are unsure, contact our team and we can help explain the product before you order.
Does inventory vary by location?
Yes. During seasonal selling periods, inventory may vary by stand location. If your closest stand does not have an item, our team may be able to transfer inventory at no extra fee, which may delay pickup by up to 24 hours.

Can I buy fireworks online?
Yes. Customers can shop online through elevatedfireworks.com and choose eligible fulfillment options such as appointment-based pickup or shipping where available.
Do I need an account to order?
You may be able to check out without an account, but creating and logging into an account is recommended for rewards, discounts, order history, and smoother support.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be available once an order has been packed, transferred, shipped, or prepared for pickup.
What if an item is out of stock after I order?
If an item becomes unavailable, our team may contact you about a substitution, inventory transfer, pickup delay, refund, or alternate option.
How do I get help with an existing order?

Pickup Questions
How does online order pickup work?
Place your order online, wait for inventory review, then call or text 915-526-9629 to schedule your pickup appointment and confirm your pickup location.
Can I pick up without an appointment?
No. Pickup is appointment-based unless our team specifically states otherwise. Please do not arrive without confirmed pickup instructions.
Where do I pick up my order?
During non-seasonal periods, pickup may be available at our warehouse by appointment. During seasonal selling periods, pickup orders may be fulfilled from the Elevated Fireworks stand closest to your location with available inventory.
What happens if my closest stand does not have my items?
Our team can transfer inventory from another Elevated Fireworks location at no extra fee. Transfers may delay pickup by up to 24 hours.
Do I need ID for pickup?
Yes. Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks, and valid government-issued ID may be required at pickup.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Contact us before pickup. The person picking up must be 18+ and may need to show valid ID and order confirmation.
Shipping Questions
Can fireworks be shipped?
Eligible fireworks may be shipped where permitted and available, but fireworks are hazardous materials and must ship through approved hazmat carriers. Shipping depends on product type, order size, destination, and local laws.
Why is fireworks shipping expensive?
Fireworks require hazmat handling, approved packaging, proper labels, documentation, and qualified freight carriers. Shipping costs may include hazmat fees, freight charges, residential delivery fees, liftgate service, and carrier requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Most shipped orders are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility, but timing can vary based on processing, carrier availability, weather, holidays, destination, and hazmat freight scheduling.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking information will be emailed when available after your order ships. Freight tracking may update differently than standard parcel tracking.
Can fireworks ship through USPS?
No. Fireworks cannot be shipped like regular mail. Eligible fireworks must move through approved hazmat shipping channels.
What if shipping is not available to my address?
Our team may contact you about appointment-based pickup, an alternate eligible shipping address, substitution options, or order cancellation depending on the situation.
Returns, Refunds & Dud-Free Guarantee™
Can I return fireworks?
Due to the nature of fireworks, returns may be limited or unavailable. Contact our team if there is an issue with your order so we can review the situation.
What if a firework does not work?
If a product fails to perform, contact us with your order number, product name, photos or video if available, and a description of what happened. We will review the issue under our Dud-Free Guarantee™ where applicable.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Take photos, keep all packaging, note visible damage with the carrier if possible, and contact Elevated Fireworks™ as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
Can canceled or refunded orders earn rewards?
No. Canceled, refunded, unpaid, or ineligible orders may not earn rewards points and may not qualify for promotional benefits.
Safety & Legal Questions
How old do I need to be to buy fireworks?
You must be 18 years or older to purchase fireworks from Elevated Fireworks™. Valid ID may be required.
Can I use fireworks in my neighborhood or city?
Firework laws vary by state, county, city, municipality, neighborhood, and property rules. Customers are responsible for confirming that fireworks are legal to purchase, possess, transport, store, and use in their area.
What are basic fireworks safety tips?
Read all instructions, keep water nearby, light one firework at a time, keep spectators at a safe distance, never relight a dud, never hold aerial fireworks in your hand, and keep fireworks away from children, pets, flames, and dry grass.
How should I store fireworks?
Store fireworks in a cool, dry place away from heat, sparks, open flames, moisture, children, and pets. Keep products in their original packaging until ready to use.
What should I do with a dud firework?
Do not relight it. Wait at least 20 minutes, soak it with water, and dispose of it safely according to local guidance.
Can children use fireworks?
Fireworks should only be handled by responsible adults. Children should be supervised at all times, and some items may not be appropriate for children to handle even with supervision.
1.4G Pro-Line Questions
What are 1.4G Pro-Line fireworks?
1.4G Pro-Line fireworks are professional-style consumer fireworks designed for trained operators, licensed professionals, experienced pyrotechnic users, and serious show builders who want enhanced performance and show-quality results.
Do I need approval to buy 1.4G Pro-Line?
Yes. Customers must submit required documentation before purchasing Pro-Line products, including valid ID, training or certification proof, and agreement to safety guidelines.
What documents are accepted for Pro-Line approval?
Examples may include PGI training, APA training, a state display operator license, FEL/ATF license, distributor or importer license, AHJ permit, company training certificate, or other approved competency documentation.
Where do I send my Pro-Line application?
Email your completed 1.4G Pro-Line application and documents to Orders@elevatedfireworks.com with “1.4G Pro-Line Application” in the subject line.
How long does Pro-Line review take?
Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days, but timing may vary during peak seasons or if more information is needed.
Wholesale & Case Pack™ Questions
Do you sell wholesale fireworks?
Yes. Elevated Fireworks™ offers wholesale fireworks, case packs, bulk purchasing options, and competitive pricing for retailers, event planners, large celebrations, and serious buyers.
Do I need a wholesale account to buy wholesale?
A wholesale account may not be required for every purchase, but logging into your customer account is recommended so eligible discount tiers and account benefits can apply.
Can I buy case packs online?
Yes. Case Pack™ items may be available online depending on inventory. Some large orders may require freight coordination, pickup scheduling, or additional review.
Do wholesale orders qualify for discounts?
Eligible large orders may qualify for discount tiers, wholesale benefits, shipping discount opportunities, or custom support depending on current program terms.
How do I get help with a large order?
Contact us with your product list, case quantities, desired timeline, pickup or shipping preference, and delivery address if shipping is needed.

Yes. Elevated Fireworks™ offers custom fireworks support for weddings, gender reveals, birthdays, sporting events, private shows, special occasions, and local celebrations in El Paso and surrounding areas.
Where do you offer custom fireworks services?
Custom fireworks services are currently available for El Paso, Texas and surrounding areas only, including Horizon City, Socorro, Fabens, Canutillo, and nearby communities.
Can you help me plan a fireworks show?
Yes. Our team can recommend products, show flow, firing sequences, finale options, and package ideas based on your budget, location, event type, and vision.
Do you offer gender reveal fireworks?
Yes. Gender reveal options may include pink or blue fireworks, smoke, daytime effects, or other reveal products depending on inventory, location, and safety requirements.
Can fireworks be synced to music?
